Running his first continuous kilometre in 2019 and becoming a full-fledged trailrunner in 2022, Nicholas showed a high aptitude for Ultra distances. Completing Capes 100 in August of 2022, and the Divide 200 in September of 2023, the proof is in the buckles.

There was no running pedigree, no lifelong career as an athlete. Adversity, trauma, and substance abuse were the main influences growing up. It wasn’t until Nicholas decided to engage on a mission of self-healing and actualization that he chose running as his arena to enter.
